- 8-10 tablespoons ice water
Filling
- ¾ cup strawberry jam
Egg Wash
- 1 egg mixed with 1 Tablespoon water
Glaze
- ½ cup (57 g) powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon milk (or you can use water, or cream)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
