Classic Tiramisù

Ingredients :
250 g of mascarpone
3 eggs
60 g of sugar
Spoon biscuits (around 20)
1 tbsp. liquid vanilla coffee
1 cup of strong coffee
bitter cocoa
Preparation :

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the preparation whitens. Add the mascarpone then the vanilla, mix well

Beat the egg whites until stiff with the pinch of salt. Incorporate them several times and gently lifting the mixture with a spatula.
Put the coffee in a deep plate, dip the biscuits in it quickly then arrange them in the bottom of a rectangular mold, then Cover with the mascarpone mixture. Continue like this until all the preparations are used up.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Sprinkle the top with bitter cocoa just before serving.
