This keto garlic bread is absolutely delightful with its rich, cheesy, and buttery flavor. What’s even more surprising is that the almond flour dough closely resembles traditional bread. Plus, it’s perfect for making extra batches and freezing the leftovers for future enjoyment

This tasty bread makes a great appetizer! When I host a dinner party, I like to bring out a platter of this bread for people to munch on while sipping their cocktails. It sure disappears quickly! But it’s also great as a side dish. One of my favorite keto meals is steak, salad, and this tasty bread.

Storing and Freezing Garlic Bread

To store : Leftover garlic bread should be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week.
To freeze: You can freeze the keto garlic bread by placing it in a ziplock bag and storing in the freezer for up to 6 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
To reheat: Either microwave the garlic bread for 30 seconds, or heat in the oven at 180C/350F for 10 minutes. You can even pan grill it, too.

Is Garlic Bread Keto?

No, regular garlic bread is not keto, as it’s made using wheat flour which is too high in carbs.

However, my easy keto cheese bread recipe will give you all the cheesy, garlicky flavors of pull-apart bread without all the carbs. The dough is made from almond or coconut flour and mozzarella and cream cheese, making it grain-free, gluten-free, low carb, and keto friendly.
